Consultations

A £20.00 fee applies for consultations covering an appointment time of 30-60 minutes. A thorough consultation is imperative to ensure clients are advised of the best procedures for them.

 

Bookings

Full Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This can be done via BACS transfer (please contact us directly for details).

We politely request 48 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise FULL payment will be retained to cover salon costs.

A full refund will be issued if 48 hours notice has been given.

 

Cancellations Policy

If you are late or forget your appointment a FULL service charge will be implemented. This means pre-payments will be retained.

Re-booking will be unavailable until this payment has been made.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be FULLY refunded otherwise the payment will be retained.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please inform us ASAP so we can offer the time to another client.

Appointments Times

We politely request you attend appointments punctually. Lateness can result in reduced treatment time or rescheduled appointments.

  

Medical Matters

Please inform us if you are taking prescribed medicine as this may contra-indicate particular treatments.

 

Gentlemen

Please attend facial appointments clean shaven.

 

Parking

There is private on-site parking available.

 

Retail & Gift Vouchers

We are stockists of Image Skin Care. All products are available to purchase or order. Items can be gift wrapped and posted for a small charge.

Gift vouchers start from £5.00 and have a strict 3 month expiry date.
